o Home Visits

Home visits are only at the doctor's discretion. Some doctors will do home visits for long term, existing patients of the surgery within a reasonable distance and only if the patient is suffering a condition which prevents them from attending the surgery.

m Billing

We bulk bill all those who are eligible under Medicare or Veterans' Affairs. Those not eligible must settle consultation fee by cash.

e Phone Enquiries & Results

We will attempt to return phone queries at the doctor's convenience as soon as possible. Please inform the receptionist if the matter is urgent! We don't give test results over the phone unless authorised by doctor. All results must be followed up by Appointment with your GP. Patients will be contacted by phone to make an appointment for Urgent results.
